4.4 - Academic Misconduct Code

The code describes academic misconduct as acts intended to improperly affect the evaluation of a student’s academic performance or achievement and includes but is not limited to acts such as cheating, plagiarism, fabrication, fraud, destruction, bribery or intimidation, assisting others in any act proscribed by this Code, or attempting to engage in such acts. The policy and procedures related to academic misconduct are detailed in the Academic Misconduct Code found in Appendix C of the Faculty Handbook at:
