Students may provide dental care to other students under the following conditions:

In the event of a cancellation or no-show by a COD patient. Student-on-student appointments should not be pre-scheduled preventing a COD patient from being scheduled.

There is a specified dental need (usually identified by symptoms or examination by a private dentist).

Any lab costs incurred are the financial responsibility of the student patient.

An appointment must be scheduled in axiUm and all clinic protocols must be followed.

Not as comprehensive care with a full workup, but as limited treatment.
